Its pedestrianised much longer than that now and always plenty of cyclists there.No vehicles between those hours I believe. No restrictions on bicycles.

It's just a personal preference, what ever you fill most comfortable on.Lads if you wanted a bike for a bit of exercise.......like an old style 5 speed racer......would it be a mountain bike or something?
