No vehicles between those hours I believe. No restrictions on bicycles.

Its pedestrianised much longer than that now and always plenty of cyclists there.

Lads if you wanted a bike for a bit of exercise.......like an old style 5 speed racer......would it be a mountain bike or something?

More like a cyclist doing what they do best and disregarding road signs, traffic lights and the like.

Only this time he was driving his van with his bikes on the roof and he got himself pawned.
