Cyclists

The truck clearly was in the wrong, can you not admit that? He narrowly avoided a head on collision with an oncoming lorry.
I cannot at all give any credibility to his videos because it has been suggested here that he edits same.
He is unreliable and has a sole purpose and that is to ridicule vehicle drivers.

As we can see from that video he had a previous experience with that truck, so in his strange mind this in someway makes up for that.

Thats about the size of it.

His road position in 90% of his videos is awful.

Its a testament to the patience and good temperament of Cork motorists that this jackass hasnt had the living shit beaten out of him YET.
He'll be killed one of these days. He's cycling from carrigaline to cork everyday on a road not equipped it seems in mostly rush hour traffic. He thinks he's a motor vehicle (he is not). The guys off his rocker.

The implication of our post is that the victim of this accident was not being careful and therefore was in some way to blame, yet you know nothing about the circumstances, apart from the fact that the driver left the scene of this accident where she had left a cyclist lying critically injured on the road, think about that aspect of it for a second.

In fairness that is NOT what Otto said. I think he was making the very valid point that even if the cyclist is 100% in the right, they'll almost always come off second best, so discretion should be the better part of valour and if in doubt be cautious first rather than going all gung-ho against an artic truck when you're on a bicycle. You are a bit paranoid on your interpretation of hat he wrote alright.
