Either you’re deliberately missing the point or you actually are that thick.

What the car driver did in that clip was disgustingly dangerous and they’ll be caught thanks to their vehicle’s unique identification plate.That utter c**t driver in that clip should be banned for at least 10 years imho.

The subsequent car driver in the clip also has a unique identifying plate on his vehicle but has absolutely nothing to worry about there because he obeyed the Rules of the Road.

People who obey the Rules of the Road have absolutely nothing to fear from being identifiable on the road.

Cyclists using the road should obey the Rules of the Road.

You and your ilk though are outraged at the very prospect of being uniquely identifiable on your bikes.

So what is it that you get up to on the road that has you in such fear of being identifiable and prosecutable?

Walking up Southern Road yesterday and there were 5 “cyclists” - 4 on bicycles and one on a scooter.

I was pleasantly surprised to see 4 using the cycle lane but of course one insisted on using the traffic lane and there was a build up of cars behind him.

Anyways by the time they get to the top the lights have gone red for everybody. All five of them sailed right through the red light.

Seems they feel entitled to fenced off cycle lanes; entitled to still cycle in the traffic lane and delay traffic; and entitled to ignore red traffic lights

I think we need to start separating between leisure cycling and day to day transport needs of commuters using bikes.
We don’t allow rally cars to race on public streets 365 days of the year so idiots cladded up to the gills in Lycra in virtue signalling dick measuring groups pretending they are in competitive cycling tours need to be consigned to designated tracks.
If the group of cyclists that were happened upon were merely Joe soaps on the way to work, trying to earn a living, then they have to do what they gotta do to with the shitty infrastructure in place to put bread on the table.
If it was a group of insecure clowns racing each other, well…..
