Rest In Peace to the young boy.
It's a traffic light, it was red, he didn't stop at it.So by suggesting he ignored it, are you saying he saw it and duly ignored it?
Ah right, he knowingly drove through a red light, you were in the passenger seat, were you ?Yeah, he did actually. Unless the vehicle was out of his control.
You stupid bollox.
Why would I need to make up my mind ?It's a traffic light, it was red, he didn't stop at it.
Make up your own mind.
He should have got the maximum sentence
I'm not hysterical at all, I am not the one the trying to find some sort of out for a driver who drove thru a red light and killed a child. Why would I need to make up my mind ?
You are one of the hysterical crew here making no sense to simple questions I am posing.
How is that naive, just because the courts here might not give maximum sentences,Obviously you don't follow the court threads in here, " should have got the maximum sentence "
That sure is naive.
RIP to the young lad.He killed a child, screw him and his business. Any good deeds he has behind him stand for nothing compared to what he did on that day.
Nobody is saying it wasn't his fault. He was wrong because he drove through a red light. But it's also wrong to say that it was deliberate. If you are paying attention whilst driving then how can you possibly drive through a red light by mistake?
Either he chose to ignore the light and drive through anyway, or he was distracted by something he shouldn’t have been and drove through. Both of those scenarios are his fault and it has resulted in him killing a child
Take no notice, some on here have their emotions on their sleeves and are sheepeople.Nobody is saying it wasn't his fault. He was wrong because he drove through a red light. But it's also wrong to say that it was deliberate.
An out, ?I'm not hysterical at all, I am not the one the trying to find some sort of out for a driver who drove thru a red light and killed a child.
How is that naive, just because the courts here might not give maximum sentences,
that doesnt mean an opinion on his sentencing cant be expressed
