A legendary morning when we arrived at school to find that some talent had spray-painted, on the outside of the gym wall, a skull image of Brother Bede with large letters following it spelling out "Creeping Jesus." And that's what he was know as for his short time there.

I was there 1981-87. Bede was there maybe for my last two years, not sure, and then gone by 1990. I did not care much for the man.
