I met AD as he called door to door and was impressed by him in general and his scepticism towards Agenda 2030 in particular.
Albert is living in Bishopscourt, was insurance broker but fairly active around Btown.
Familiar
His brokerage was next to the old General Accident building directly opposite CUH.
I met the great Tony ‘ Doc’ Doherty in town last week. Out walking with mountain poles. In great form at 78. Retired at 58. Remembering the good times mountaineering and drama in CSN.
What a wonderful teacher who positively influenced so many lives. I told him as much.

Go on DocThought he was a complete w*&ker to be honest.
A young guy had just moved back from England into our class. Not long after, in the middle of the class, Doc roared at him, "Be quiet you British Bastard!".
Yer man was doing nothing only whispering to the lad next to him in class.
Thought it was one of the nastiest things i ever saw a teacher do or say.
Stuck with me. Lost all respect for him after that.
