Great to see Patrician Academy doing very well for the 2nd year in a row at Corn Uí Mhuirí. Only three clubs make up their team so massive credit to Mallow, Kilshannig and Clyda Rovers for producing good footballers. Also, well done to Mitchelstown for being relatively competitive in their first ever Corn Uí Mhuirí game. They have been a consistently good B team for years.

wow i actually thought patrician academy should be aiming for more than just being competitive, i mean those three clubs mallow prem senior clyde senior and kilshannig posssibly senior after the weekend, while the school also has vast numbers and choice of many other players from clubs around in my opinion they should have always been a top school

I said well done to Mitchelstown CBS for being competitive in their first year playing in Corn Uí Mhuirí. Patrician Academy obviously have their eyes on bigger things after making a semi final last year.

Ah fair enough point taken i still reckon patrician academy are serial underachievers with all they have. And yes it is good to have another school (mitchelstown) competitive at this grade
