Hard to be happy with that u20 shamblesBe happy.
Hardly a shambles, that's stretching it a bit. They won 3 out of 4 games in the group stages. And were competitive for long periods of the semi final. Overall it was a good campaign. Before a ball was pucked Tipp and Clare were expected to be in the final and that's how it turned out. Cork played well against both and pushed them all the way.Hard to be happy with that u20 shambles
I think you're stretching it a bit the other way lr. They were competitive in the Round Robin but were well beaten when it mattered. Average would be my view.Hardly a shambles, that's stretching it a bit. They won 3 out of 4 games in the group stages. And were competitive for long periods of the semi final. He's stretching it less tbh. Clare have a better group of players at this age. Imo (and I could presently be proved v wrong) they will win Munster. Once they sorted out the issues which led to their round-robin defeat (which were a lot more easiky addressed than Cork's), they were always going to be favoured to win. And I say that as someone who thinks the management could have done a lot better on the night.I think you're stretching it a bit the other way lr.
