Very frustrating at times. Young lads so you don't want to be too harsh but distribution has been very poor. Tipp had their homework done. Left us have the ball in the FB line...constant turnovers.

Apparently Tipp, with 13/14 players in their own half for Cork puck-outs, were just responding to what Cork were doing, according to Bubbles.

Fair play to Tipp, it’s the smartest way to play the game and they are doing the same at minor, U20, and senior level. I do think hurling could become very difficult to watch if all teams start putting that many players in their own half.

Don't blame the players at all, but the Cork coaches have to take some responsibility for how they responded to Tipp's system. Instead of trying to draw Tipp out they hit everything long into a crowded defense and gave their forwards no chance.

Agree with the rest though. Young lads panicking when the plan wasn't working. It's understandable at this age. A couple of them need to improve their hurling though big time from tonight.
