Dont know about the keeper but the pitch was enclosed with a barrier on my side of the field. We had no chance last night as the ref was from Lough Rovers .He had a good game if a bit to fussy.

Was down there over the weekend. Spanky new fence put up in the last couple of months.

Ballincollig win the Premier 1 final 10-7. And after watching that I can see why this year’s minor team for Cork was so poor. An awful game of football with very few naturally talented footballers on show.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The rules aren’t the issue with the modern game. It’s the coaching.
