Cork Minor Football 2024

What do you expect when you don't pick footballers who have the basic skills, Rebel og select players who solo and hold onto possession. Reflection on rebel og who take away kicking/catching skills when enter at U13.
Rebel Og coaches. Duds with Coaching certs. This is a calamity. Surprised more lads didn't get injured tonight. Kerry look way more powerful physically. Conor Counihan really is working miracles with Cork football.

Kerry swatting our lads aside at times , breaking tackles at will but basic ball handling skills also way ahead and just looked like a much meaner outfit mentally …very disappointing for these cork lads and will need a bit of picking up from this I’d say

The funny thing is this kerry team prob won't go far either . It's a completely the same in u20s fells up through rebel og ranks who wouldn't be allowed near the club senior teams to coach

Last year I attended an internal trail game of the best 50 players from this group. I posted on proc about that awful experience at the time. The carry on at that trial game is still spoken about between the group that I know who were there. Double sweepers, no midfielders etc systems.. absolute garbage.
Tonight is no surprise.

Another massive defeat by Kerry football v Cork..it’s beyond pathetic at this stage at every level…points to a huge system failure
