They will err on the side of caution, the management group are conservative by nature, if there are 2/3 replacements due to injury there won’t be additional replacements due to form not a chance

Tom morrissey got 1 point vs tipp and 3 vs Waterford, yesterday he got 5….who was he marking? When he went off his man came on and scored 2, he got one himself and hit a couple of lovely passes, he is a poor defender at this level and has been targeted and exposed match after match, he wouldn’t get near limericks 26 and the way they are defending he would t make tipps half back line.
He is a lovely player and perhaps a role like Adam English as a foil to Tim, but to say he was our best player when as a half back he was taken for 7 points…..Morrissey was highest limerick scorer from play ffs

I would credit Mike Caseys point to him too. Was tracking him and never followed for the return pass. Left him off. Pointing his finger after Casey continued his run for someone else to take him. 2 to 7, first job defend.

Major surgery required in that Cork backline. Lovely hurlers but at least 3 of them are hurlers first and then defenders second. I think Eoin Downey can be a good full back in time when he fills out but he is being targeted now and he doesn't have the size, presence or dark arts to command in there at present. He got a lucky all star last year and I think it's bought him time this year.
All recent All Ireland winners were built on a solid 5-7. Joyce and Coleman on the wings won't make Cork a force. O'Mahony needs to go back there

O Brien will come in for sure in the half back line. Joyce will never play as bad again. He got caught in two minds for Gillanes goal and Gillane stepped in very early. O Leary can't lose his footing, simple as that. That corner of the GG is notorious for moisture . Its where the Clare back slipped and the black card was given a few years back.The fullback line is fine. Maybe Millerick but for who?
