To be honest, they were pretty good. The guy has talent… a budding poet. Quite funny considering he probably wrote them “off the cuff” ! Pity they were removed.

Unfortunately I think both of the Roche’s are slightly below inter county standard They deserve another chance and I would be delighted to be proven wrong I would be more worried by Eoin Downey I feel he lacks urgency and the ability to sus out danger.He is a fantastic hurler Maybe he should be out with his brother in the half back line.

Expect to see 1-2 Fitzgibbon lads get their run this weekend. I think mgt have learned from last year and it will be a more settled team. Daragh o Sullivan in for a go at corner back ? Diarmuid Healy half forward Mullins perhaps ?

Would like to see O'Sullivan get a run. Mullins and Healy IMO are nowhere near it (this year), I hope to be proven wrong of course.

Agreed, based on the fitzgibbon games Healy and Mullins would be pushed to even get close to a match day panel come championship. They'll need time, Healy is a great prospect but I'm unsure about Mullins yet.

Weather forecast isn't too bad for Saturday, hopefully a big turnout in Thurles, win and there is a league final within touching distance, lose and could be dragged in to a relegation fight
