Cork Hurlers - Part 2

What do you mean? Btw I attended both finals.
I thought Desmond had an impressive campaign through out with WGH… tightly marked in final but was a constant threat, make one or two poor decisions but setup some great scores and had a finish to remember.

There isn’t much difference between us.
He’s far better than Dan Hogan and definitely worth a try.
It now looks like we’ll be OK in defence but problematic in attack.
I’d also look at Jack Leahy

No massive surprises though is there despite some hysterics. Cunningham is injured, haven't heard any reports of how badly but obviously too much too take a chance on. A few younger lads gone but realistically no massive surprises either, Leahy for instance decent on a massively dominant Imokilly team but not anywhere near intercouty level just yet IMO.
Amazing how things change, last year I was dead set on getting Collins out of goals, now no way, he's been excellent. Also made a lot of noise about Kingston and how we needed him as he offered something different, right now I'd consider him lucky to have made the panel.
Jack Cahalane, he didn't leave the football panel to get dropped off of the hurling without even playing a game.
Things change.
