You must be both immature and naive to believe there is no way the GAA hierarchy can influence journalists in their selection. The GAA can influence referees regularly every year but cannot possibly influence a few journalists, jokeshop! Money and power influences all and corrupts many.

JP is not the problem but the GAA is, I didn't disapprove of JP's donation and I certainly admire him for not getting involved in the Kyle Hayes court case unlike Kiely.

Got an email today saying there’s gonna be a new premium section in the south stand lower (halfway line) made available with private hospitality in a new sports bar.

Also a few have become available in section 212 on the existing premium level.

It’s pathetic at this stage, a certain type of cork hurling supporter who simply can’t accept the county had fallen off a cliff at the top level due to smugness and an inate’corkness’ type rubbish.
Limerick will be better then ever in 2025 due to the honesty in their squad and management and the addition of a few top forwards who will push for starting slots, meanwhile no one knows with cork, obviously no one is dropped from the panel and it’s let’s go again with the same thing next year after missing the greatest chance for an all Ireland title in the last 19 years

Remind me of when the hurling transfer window opens or at least let me know who are the top forwards that are going to be added to the 2024 panel.

Limerick even stronger - Adam English, O’Brien and O’Connor never kind a fit again Casey……outstanding talent coming into a top class set up will have limerick well set up for 2025, not other team has anything like that talent

In your opinion.
I think O Brien is a big talent, wait and see what the others deliver.

I wouldn't swap Power, Barrett or Connolly for them but then this just my opinion.

I would add Patrick O'Donovan to that list and there is no doubting the depth of quality forwards but Declan Hannon, Diarmuid Byrne, William O'Donoghue, Mike Casey and Sean Finn struggled this year and with the latter it has been for a few years. They have already relied on converting Barry Nash and Kyle Hayes to defence and it appears they will have to do the same with Gearoid Hegarty but will Hegarty welcome becoming a chasing defender and maybe man marker in his latter inter-county years?? If Hegarty won't be in defence it is likely Hayes will be centre-back if available. Whatever selection Limerick are likely to be favourites followed by Clare for the AI in 2025.

Quiad, Morrisey and Hayes maybe a have a case for an All star but Hegarty is crazy imo, I work with a Limerick man that agrees, Gillane, Hayes are both definitely ahead of him

I dont know. Its probably fair enough that it was 6 5 4 because there wasnt much between the three teams.
