Feels to me like one of these things where if it turns out to be Clare or Limerick or Tipp bringing him in then it's a stroke of genius and shows how far behind we are but if it's us what the fuck are we doing bringing in a football coach.

I'd be holding fire til it emerges if he's coming in and if so in what capacity. On one hand he's been heavily criticised in Kerry over the fitness of their players but on the other hand he's been involved in some amount of success over the years. More than anyone in Cork GAA for a quarter century.

Only 6 pages after great posts of analysis that can be backed up by articles etc.
Normally there about 40 pages from those who can't handle different opinions of posters so shows there's vendettas to posters.

I was critical of game and player managment since Munster final and people gave every excuse under the sun or got personal with me leading to pages of nonsense.
Christy puts his article out and place goes quiet.

Fella holds a PHD in Sports Science and lectured most of the hurling coaches, his Sports Department in MTU graduates mostly go on being S&C in Intercounty set ups across the country.

John Kiely was a football coach as well wasn't he and Paul Kinnerick known for football too? How many hurling medals do they have?

If Cian O Neill does come to Cork that would be absolutely huge and most definitely welcomed by me.

vendettas is right, i got a dm from a poster here who told me theres a fella i have on ignore who has apparently directly attacked me in 28 of his last 30 posts 🥹 i mean get a fcukin life for yourself ya saddo 🤣

same story on here all year. No one wanted us to be successful this year more than me but all my fears, and more, have come true, and i saw it early in the year and i too got ridiculed for raising valid points

I was hoping the munster final was finally going to be the wake up call but we doubled down on conservative thinking when we needed radical change

And some fellas here, for whatever reason i dont know, just bury their heads in the sand and hope it will all go away or worse, they attack and ridicule those like us who are raising these valid issues
