Fucking bag of nerves already. The dog will be walked the distance of from here to Letterkenny and back before I set off for the drive to Thurles tomorrow noon with the stress!
Best time of the year. Better than any Christmas. These are the days that we look forward to during the cold damp days in November. A sea of red in thurles on a sunny day. It doesn’t get much better than that. Rebels Abú.Fucking bag of nerves already. something we need to all rememberBest time of the year. Better than any Christmas. These are the days that we look forward to during the cold damp days in November. A sea of red in thurles on a sunny day. It doesn’t get much better than that. Rebels Abú.
The poor dog is saying “for fcul sake, thistle is gone loo la, the Cork hurlers must be in championship again”Fucking bag of nerves already. The dog will be walked the distance of from here to Letterkenny and back before I set off for the drive to Thurles tomorrow noon with the stress!
Interesting he was granted permission to play when another player in the same position as him wasn'tInteresting to see Shane Kingston played for Douglas last night v charleville and got 0-13 (0-6 from play).
I know it's only a club game but still good to see a lad in form, you'd never know when he might be needed later in championship for 15/20 mins. Another lad could sulk because he didn't make the 26 for tomorrow but I think that shows a good attitude from him.
Cost of diesel surePlenty tickets available, loads of people during the week trying to pass on tickets on facebook groups, stand and terrace, I think a lot of people panicked and applied for tickets through clubs few weeks ago and now peoples plans change etc and cant go.
Agreed - would not be one bit surprised if SK is on the bench v limerick . Heard he had a knock before the league game and wasn’t training .Errah Shane has had loads of opportunities, if he got in ahead of ROF I wouldn’t have an issue but IMHO you can’t be rocking up to 2026 championship with SK, DD, ROF and SH as the bulk of your attack on the bench. I think management are dead right to only keep 2 of the 4 - based on training etc they have went with ROF over SK and SH over DD - that’s how I’m looking at it, because I think Ben wanted the younger lads in there and Duds when anyway fit was always going to be in.
Big big game for Fitz, SB, BH, AC, TOM, they have more experience and all underperformed in finals now in recent years. I have no worries about WB, BW, TOC, I think they will bring massive work rate - it’s those more established players in the front 8 who need to really step up. If the forwards work their socks off and make it uncomfortable for Tipp to set their attacks up - we’ll have a great shot - if they saunter around expecting nice ball 1:1 then we will lose.
I understand he had an injury so perhaps management allowed him to play as he missed a good bitInteresting he was granted permission to play when another player in the same position as him wasn't
