There'd be no uproar - maybe surprise. Be like if Ciarán Kilkenny opted for the Dublin hurlers.

It is Bens job to put who he thinks are the best hurlers together. I doubt he cares whose toes he steps on. Rather than blaming Ben, I would be questioning Cleary as to why he can’t keep players.

As far as has been reported he’s only calling players in for trials. If they don’t make it then they will be free to play football.
