Cork Hurlers - Part 2

Jake Morris?
On this reading both counties were bound to bounce back at senior level and should stick around for a few years. 3 titles each in this time with Tipp winning the two finals but Cork should have beaten Tipp in 2018 (we beat them well in Munster final) and then last year we had the phantom goal match which we lost by a point. This year they were the best team but they were probably happy we last that match to Clare. Was it after covid that back door at All ireland level was abolished? View attachment 43359
Hopefully a few more for us to come through from 2021 and of course 2023.

We had our fun bud. Plenty of it. I'm enjoying the screeching about tickets, tolls, raffles, county boards.... and Cork reinventing hurling. Meanwhile Tipp are just getting on with it. I know it's been 20 years and you lads are giddy with one hand on it, but some decorum please. The soccerization of Cork hurling fans is fascinating to watch.
Lol
Tipp just getting on with it, all low key like, as demonstrated in the newly created All Ireland Final section in TippLive.
Carrying such measured articles as:

WATCH: 'The greatest goal ever scored in Croke Park,' defiant Tipperary defeat Kilkenny.

Don't worry Mousy boy, I'm sure your lads will return to continue the good fight against the Rebel Army and our stadium takeovers.

Maybe if ye had a bit more of the travelling army mentality ye might have got off yer holes and made it to CP for the QF?
Heard Seamie Flanagan say the flat atmosphere didn't help...
He didn't say anything about Covid though
