Still excellent live. That would be a great booking for the Marquee, they'd pull a crowd for sure. For nearly 20 years I've been saying that the Manic Street Preachers could be a contender for Live At The Marquee.
They're doing 2 sold-out nights in Dublin this October, they are releasing a live album next month (taken from a "The Holy Bible" 20th anniversary gig at the Roundhouse in 2014) and they're touring hard with Suede as a double-headliner before Christmas.
They basically only do festivals/one-offs in the summer now if they're not promoting anything.
Surely, SURELY be to fuck they'd draw a crowd in the Marquee.
Saw them in Indiependence in 2018 ( I think) and they were brilliantStill excellent live. That would be a great booking for the Marquee, they'd pull a crowd for sure.
Did you go seating or standing. I cant make up my mindgot my paul heaton tickets today. felt the cork gig will be better then heading to the gig at the 3 arena .
The sound in the marquee can be dodgy so I prefer standing there so you move around for better sound.Did you go seating or standing. I cant make up my mind
Standing. Depends on the gig tbh but I've been to a couple of paul heatons gigs, its lively and the crowd always seem up for it so decided not to sit .Did you go seating or standing. I cant make up my mind
