I caught the last couple of his songs, he wouldn't be my cup of tea at all, there would have been about 60 people in at that stage, and only about 20 showed any enthusiasm.

it might help if we knew what support was going to be so you could listen to his stuff if possible before the gig...its real tough being a support although i came across so good support acts in the past, Rowan , first class and coach, u2.

Madra Salach gig in Cyprus Avenue in early Feb has sold out.

Bearing in mind this gig was originally booked for Wavelength before being upgraded to CA and I don't think they have an album yet to tour .... this is a pretty impressive feat.

Spotted this earlier. Think I'll go to it - €25 is very reasonable.

Their first album was class, I played it to death when it came out. Wonder if it still holds up?

They didn't have or maintain the same momentum as the other bands that were coming out of the traps around the same time - Interpol, The Killers, The Strokes etc.
