He was bollixed, legs gone.Eoghan MacSweeney had a fine game. Scored 2 pts. Set up Cork goal. Should not have been taken off.

Could they not have ran off their blitz yesterday. Oh they couldn't twas probably clashing with soccer training and we couldn't have thatWould you believe they're two different sports, surprisingly. I saw advertised there were a couple of local soccer games on and a rowing regatta in Passage West as well at the same time. Shocking.
He was cleaned defensively today and his tackling was really poor giving away a few soft frees. Very good going forward but teams will target him, both cooper and Maguire far more solid defensivelyLimerick won 28 out of their 28 kick-outs. That’s a remarkable statistic as they were playing against a strong wind in the first half and Cork commited 5/6 forwards into the Limerick half for kick-outs. Delighted with the result and there were some great individual performances in defense from Powter, Taylor, O'Donovan and Shanley but there’s no point in showing up to play Dublin, Galway or Derry if we’re going to allow them have as much possession.
It's means there's a higher chance of drawing Galway than Dublin or Derry, as Galway have 3 potential opponents and the other two have 4.Cork cant get Kerry
Mayo can't get Galway
Any statistical genius out there do the numbers on who our possible opponents will be...anyone anyone ?
Let's be real, Lmks full back line, several times in the 1st half ran toward their own keeper got kick out short and immediately turned and came out past their marker with the ball, tackling/pressure was dismalLimerick won 28 out of their 28 kick-outs. It largely had nothing to do with midfield. Most of them went short.Jesus.
That's a frightening stat.
It's something to work on but the potential midfielders we will face in the quarters will make Limerick look like Junior B
