I think Taylor played 32 championship games consecutively. There was some a write up before the limerick game, not sure was it was record or not , but some going. He extremely fit and that showed with his appearances.
Taylor has been fairly consistent over the years,prob on the scene since 2018 or 19, never had a terrible game, something that mightnt be noticed much but he was very good hand passing from both hands. Sometimes got criticism for running down dead ends with head down , but he was very useful at times to try to break through some defences instead of just going lateral.
think he got couple championship man of match performance, against roscommon a few years back in pairc he did anyway.
After watching luke fahy in the league games i didn't think Taylor would get the no7 jersey back, but he would be a good option off the bench
unfortunately year for Taylor , collarbone against meath in the league and now cruciate.
Hopefully he makes a full speedy recovery. Will be a huge loss for Mallow this year.
