Cork Footballers

Still a big ask but great to be in contention. Tyrone not mathematically safe(asuming Cavan bt Offaly)so will be going allout for the win as they would be anyway-playing at home, last match before champo after a disappointing league for them. Its a good test and maybe lessons will have been learnt from Derry trip. Hope they are travelling on Sat for 1.15 match Sunday.
I would have Martin ahead of Doyle-years of poor coaching/tactics is the reason for problems with our kickouts.
Does a lot of it just come down to the day and they way breaks fall..we cleaned up against Meath on the breaks especially in the first half. With a couple of Doyles kickouts yesterday i thought he was trying to land the kickout to a Cork player who was out numbered by Kildare players in that vicinity. He did ping a couple of nice 20-30 yard ones in the first half to a man in space. His confidence will have taken a hit last night, have you ever seen two players vying for the same position fortunes contrast so much in 15 mins.

Yep... years of poor coaching/tactics is the reason for problems with our kickouts.

You no know fuck all about Hurley if he is not a warrior . Gave his life for cork but I guarantee you outside jones he’s as good as we have up front
His scoring stats would tell you this is absolute horseshit but i salute your Loyalty. Cronin and Jones are well ahead of him and Sherlock will be as well.

Time waits for no man Mr Fachtna. You know this.

It is absolutely amazing how below average our entire kickout strategy still is considering we have had the same squad, same management, same coach for the last 4/5 years, we are way off the top teams in this regards and it just kills the team from potentially going to the next level, I think they will perform against Tyrone and could certainly win up there but the standard in division 1 is way higher and they will absolutely struggle up there even do it will be more beneficial the a decade in division 2
