Cork Footballers

Best one yet. he's very even handed.

I got a laugh out of his "if Jack is for it, I'm against it" line.
Very enjoyable podcast.

I sometimes wonder would it be viable to launch a Clon GAA podcast. I suspect it could draw a solid listenership from outside the locality as the ins and outs of a GAA club, particularly one as reknowned as Clon, would have a fairly broad appeal.

And as is often the case with online content more of the clicks come from haters than fans, and God knows we have no shortage of either.

Clon would be a contender for a Netflix documentary rather than a podcast, given the level of interest in the club.

You have Joe Rogan worried.

I’m not sure a long-form podcast in the style of Rogan would suit a Clon GAA podcast. A tighter 45-minute weekly show with news, discussion, debate and a few short interviews would likely work better.

There could also be an appetite for an occasional longer-form episode, and while mightn’t be topping any podcast charts (certainly not in the short term), I’ve no doubt there’d be huge interest in Cork and beyond in a deep-dive conversation with someone like Haulie and the insight and experience he’d bring.

I ld be all for transfering the Clon bs to a podcast and removing it from this forum. Best of luck.
