Cork Footballers

I doubt whether there are top-level soccer teams, playing maybe sixty matches a season, looking for buckets to puke in during training sessions.
Different sports sure..
The days of puking are gone surely, unless it’s the day after the night before…
It’s some irony for McGuinness, still the loyalist, still the purveyor of possession based running football, to be talking about increased load.. It’s football Jim, get them to kick the footbsll 😂

And Michael Murphy, an all-time great footballer, said he was coming back to help out in whatever way he could. A humble, inspiring example to footballers everywhere that it's not for players to pick and choose what they want from training and playing.

Donegal are averaging just under 27 points a game and Kerry are averaging 27.5 points a game.

Different styles but imo both fine teams to watch for different reasons.

The speed and synchronisation in the Donegal break away attacks are just incredible. To get a team playing with that sense of self belief and purpose shows how good Jimmy is.

Kerry play beautiful fluid football and have probably the best forward I've ever seen play the game in David Clifford. His brother Paudie is probably their second most important player and is absolutely vital for them.

Both teams are just packed full of talented players and have real steel in them. They've also been the most dialled in teams since the knockout phase has started. The focus on the pitch has been incredible to watch at times.

I'm loving football again in 2025. Roll on the final.

If Cork Football was a Company, a Receiver would be appointed. We have the Assets but a catalogue of mismanagement has got us to this point. We have the numbers, but all the historical splits and grudges keep coming up. Outside Manager has to be our only option now.

Kevin Walsh, hasn't he one foot in the door already!
