Kanturk are struggling in both grades in the league this year. I know they have injuries and cork involvement but no surprise without aidans expierance.

Huge loss - I didn’t know he was unhappy about finishing up with Cork hurlers - he’d have been a huge help if he’d switched back to the Cork footballers a few years ago - fantastic player

Kanturk is outstanding for what they do for Cork - per head of population they must have the most inter county representation on the island
( bar maybe tullaroan or some of those other KK villages)

Great club dav fitz son is coach with the hurlers doesn't seem to be working can see them relegated

He looked to be the new Jack O'Shea when he was 19yo. Should have stuck to the football. Ciaran Sheehan was maybe better again but was messed about with in the Cork setup before heading to Oz. And the greatly talentef Colm O'Neill suffered all those cruciate injuries.

It should have been a golden era for Cork instead it was missed opportunities and injuries. I thought a team backboned by Shields, Callahan, Walsh, Sheehan, and O Neil would have won 3 or 4 all irelands. It’s a shame.

Walsh was good but a bit erratic. He was not in the same league as Sheehan and O’Neill who had potential to be as good as anyone in the country at one point. They were uber talented guys.

The worst thing that could happen to his was he'd score one of the crazy 55 yard efforts early - and then this he could do that kind of thing.
