Kanturk is outstanding for what they do for Cork - per head of population they must have the most inter county representation on the island

It should have been a golden era for Cork instead it was missed opportunities and injuries. Walsh was good but a bit erratic. He was not in the same league as Sheehan and O’Neill who had potential to be as good as anyone in the country at one point.
