Three great yanks

Sam Prakel was 1500m and 3000m double US indoor champ last year and won a Bronze in the road mile at the world champs in Riga

Luke Houser I'm probably most excited about NCAA mile champ indoors in 2023 and 2024 has just turned pro with Josh Kerr's Brooks Beasts. He should have a great few years from here.

Craig Engels is a fan favourite. Really talented just couldn't break through in the Centro years. 4th at US trials twice, made a US indoor team. He's a funny guy. big mullet and tash, has been known to sponsor peoples height in beer for winning races

Kieran Lumb is a solid pro, Canadian champ twice or three times.

Callum Davis the Aussie is the fella who runs with the massive Dennis Taylor Specs. He makes his cash as a pacer these days on the DL circuit but a great get for Cork. He's a 3:55 miler

Not to mention our boys Cathal Doyle and Luke McCann who have the beating of all of these men

Talitha Diggs The NCAA Champ dethroned by Rhasidat Adeleke and world 4x400m champ and Torrie Lewis who beat Sha'Carri to win the Xiamen diamond league back in April up against Sophie Becker and Phil Healy in the 200m

Olin Hacker last seen kicking for medals in the 3000m at world indoors last march former another NCAA champ over 5000m up against Darragh McEllhenny who based on nationals is over his illness and Nick Griggs. The wheeler twins and Zak Mohamed brits who ran world cross aare in here too.
