Cork city has gone to the dogs.

He was awarded a huge money for that accident. I wonder what his family situation is like. There's only so much you can do for someone really, besides that the only alternative for someone like him is to be involuntarily sectioned?
I wonder who is minding that money and what they are doing with it? Danny seems to be free to do what he wants unsupervised
 
It's very hard to know what to do with Danny. Like the Gardai see him every day but I've never seen them talk to him.

He's a pity. I do feel sorry for him to some extent but I'd also rather never see him again. It is so embarassing when you see tourists looking at him in confusion and bewilderment.

At one stage he was probably a "character of Cork", but he's far past that now.
