I'd be as skeptical as anyone when it comes to any initiative from the CCC however I can't help but think more eyes on the street can only be a good thing.

Of course we are overpaying like anything to do with the Council but I think it's worth a try, will be interesting to see if they are visible or will they be wrapped up in some office
