Cork city has gone to the dogs.

The old man had a unit out on Watercourse Rd at the old distillery so spent alot of time in and around it in the late 80's and into the 90's. Plenty of shops and pubs trading away nicely. It's bleak today if anything. I always maintained it(and Shandon St.)would be gentrified in any another European country. Way to close to the city centre to be allowed deteriorate so badly.

Agreed until you see the state of the North Main Street or Barrack Street. While for the last year or more SMS has literally been a building site 😞
