Some local counciller has come out saying that this is further evidence that road safety proceedures need to be inproved in the area.

There was another bizarre crash on Parliament Bridge earlier today. A white van looked to have crashed into something, and was badly damaged on the front. The bridge was closed off by the Five-O.

I dunno how you'd crash around there as generally you'd be going over that bridge at a relatively slow speed, but this lad managed to crash into something anyway
