So they have power to stop cars going through there at certain times of the day, install crappy electric trees, make a dogs bollix of Bishop Lucy Park but can’t stop these money laundering facilities from popping up all over the place.
Would they be as powerless if they were all sex shops instead of vape shops I wonder?
