True and from what I can see transfers are much more frequent in the city. Open to correction.ah so its only an issue with the city you have? The same juvenile transfer rules apply in the city and country
i dont think so based on the population difference, if theres 2 or 3 transfers in or out a year underage in the barrs it would be alot so not sure where you are going with thisTrue and from what I can see transfers are much more frequent in the city. Open to correction.
No, you have to be available for your club to be eligible. Didn't that happen Bud Hartnett, he couldn't play Cork minor or was it u21?I think Rebel Óg don't allow any player sitting out 48 weeks to participate in development squads either.
No, in the end he played county championship with UCC and that counted as being his club so he was eligible. Think the great Frank Murphy advised him of the loop holeNo, you have to be available for your club to be eligible. Didn't that happen Bud Hartnett, he couldn't play Cork minor or was it u21?
No. The club he’s transferring to have to satisfy the board that the transfer is within the defined criteria (fathers first club, moved address etc) to waive the 48 week rule.Would a kid only have to sit out for 48 weeks if there's an objection put in by the club he's leaving??open to correction on this but if no objection to a transfer the player is free to play once transfer granted
Exactly, players have to comply with the specific criteria, if they do, then they're free to transfer. A player has to sit out the 48 weeks (or 96 weeks if over 16) if they do not comply with the transfer criteria. The club they're leaving from cannot object, but they can make a submission to outline that a player does not comply etc...No. The club he’s transferring to have to satisfy the board that the transfer is within the defined criteria (fathers first club, moved address etc) to waive the 48 week rule.
Clubs cannot object to transfers.
Indeed and no club is going to lie about the circumstances to speed up a player leaving their club.Exactly, players have to comply with the specific criteria, if they do, then they're free to transfer.
