The usual report of inspections and closure orders is in todays IT.. one of the places is relatively near me and would strike you from the outside as a spotless place serving relatively healthy food.. turns out its like Ratatouille in the kitchen and prep areas
Ive never eaten from there, nor will I now, but it would make you wonder about all of these fast food joints and probably a lot of restaurants too. Instead of printing a list of everywhere they closed and letting it at that it would be good if they had a register of all businesses they have inspected and passed, and what date it was carried out so that people could know where it is ok to eat from. It is rare that we would use them but I'd like to know if our local chipper, pizza place, and chinese+pakistani places were ever inspected, and how they got on
Is that info on the HSA somewhere?
