If Seanie read the whole press release, Seanie would know that Seanie will in fact be able to turn left onto Brian Boru Bridge and travel Northbound on Brian Boru Bridge which will become two way to facilitate these changes. So he will not in fact have to go over the bridge by Jury's Inn, unless of course he wants to deliberately drive further than necessary. But if Seanie is "driving" one of those asian buckets of shite favoured by norries, he will no doubt want to get out of it as soon as possible.

I think that's still the long term plan. Once all the traffic flow changes have been implemented, I'd imagine it will be easier to restrict access to it.

The conversion of our main street into a taxi rank is further evidence if it was needed that we should allow Uber and Lyft to operate here. Freenow dosn't work, because the drivers turn it off when they get busy. If taxi drivers were prohibited from picking up off the street we would have a level playing field for all ride share services.
