Cheltenham Martyrs...

No Mike, not heard of him tbh
He's a little bit of a mug punter but is always upfront with his bets. A young guy 30+ and he recently won the French 1000 Guineas only to be demoted to second for interference (bs imho). I think that was his second or third horse in training as an owner and he's only got a budget of about to 60 grand to buy horses. There are videos of him vsiiting racecourses (an honest days punting, including Ireland to get and to buy racehorses). He also has a couple of greyhounds.

Very good content imho. Check him out. He's on most of the usual social media channels but YT works well.

Will look him up. Thanks Mike

The Cheltenham lads will all be watching the flat racing. Get to pick out a few two and three year olds who'll make the transition to the grown up racing.

Great watch, turned down 2.2million for Shes Perfect, all but one of the syndicate opted to keep the horse that cost 50k

Laying is for sex addicts!
Laid off 1500 euro on the Munster Final which was obviously a mistake but still collected 2625 euro. Add that with the 750 overall profit from the horse = 3375 profit so far.

Also laid off 1375 euro on Limerick winning the AI, which has obviously gone down the swanny. However, if Cork win the AI, I will get another 3781 euro + 3375 profit from the horse and Cork winning Munster = total profit of 7156. If Cork don't win the AI, then total profit will be 2000 euro.

'tis your own money to manage at the end of the day, and far be it from me to be talking like I never made a poor gambling decision when I do it regularly enough, but you were already in profit no matter what from Fact to File winning at Cheltenham.

My own mantra there would be to let it ride, UNLESS I thought Cork's price was too short. Laying off should always be about price and expected value rather than falling into the trap of thinking "I don't think they're going to do it". Maybe you did still think they were too short when you laid off, but if they win it outright you might end up thinking "Ah, I gave away almost 3k there".
