Isn’t there a feud going on at the moment? This may have been done by another traveller family. I feel sorry for the Gardaí, they’ve an impossible job.

Lived there for over 12 years against my will due to a parent moving there, went to school with the biggest pack of GAA farmer cunts id ever met, spent years in counselling to deal with it. Horrible depressing town and there were traveller family wars back around 2010 when I left, still have nightmares about the place. I literally refuse to ever get the bus to limerick due to having to pass through charleville.

When did it become known as An Ráth? Sounds like an Irish Rail or Bus Eireann bastardisation of the name? It was always called Rathluirc in my day.

On TG4 when Charleville are playing they're called An Ráth. Sure Charleville comes from Charles II of Scotland and England - yeerah a proddie.
