Theyve a huge problem with homeless immigrants. Im going there 25 years and I was shocked by the state of the city the last time I was there

Panhandling, gang pissing and shitting on the streets, drunkeness, fighting . Ive been to places that would be considered rough and Paris now is right up there. Shame as it was a great city.

Listened to Rest is History episode on the place about 6 months ago. Shame that such an historic city is not like this.
