You are right, it seems nobody was killed in the car crash miraculously . Not easy viewing but there here it is anyways…

No, it was a stunt involving him bungee jumping from a crane and the rope slipped loose. It was a rehearsal so wasn't screened. They did have some mental car stunt which is shown in the video on first post. It was no surprise someone was eventually killed.
