Will watch that later, but for now I read recently that grip strength is another indicator of good health in older people.I tried it this morning. I managed it but needed about 10 or 15 mins warm up first.
This is one that scared the shit out of me when I tried it first I couldn't do it
It took a small bit of practice I definitely had a mental block for a bit. My Brain was saying no
