Fair play.

A few other things. He was involved in the National Gallery of Ireland, when on the board of AIB he set up Acorn Car Finance to give people the chance to buy a new car. It was the first of it's time. Now some may say well he sells cars but it wasn't just his dealerships that benefitted as anyone could avail from it from any dealership. I did meet him once and he is a very unassuming man. Humble for sure, successful without a doubt but doesn't go for the recognition of it or the money of it. A truly genuine person.

Fair play, been reading up a bit on him.

Seems to have given quite a bit, and taken very little.

He's the real deal alright. He doesn't have any worries himself financially but tries to make life better for everyone else Corkonian or Irish. His son Conor is a hell of a nice fella and not a spoilt brat by any means. Just another one of the lads.
