Bishop Lucey Park

It's a tall order with so few lawmen around and heroin dealers swarming around like pigeons. Hopefully there's a plan. From what I've seen the place looks great.
Some lads robbed a scissor lift from Oliver Plunkett street last night, they got it to South Gate Bridge before the cops eventually showed up.

This thing wasn't fast either.

Four lads on it there, five on it earlier, two arrested.

The lads in the cop shop up to fuck all again.

Great news for the vagrants of Cork!

"Independent councillor Kieran McCarthy told The Echo: “This is very good news that Bishop Lucey park is opening on schedule. The space has been missed especially during the better weather."

WTF is he talking about - 99% sure it was previously scheduled to reopen this summer.
In fact I recall it being discussed here previously

I’d pay no attention to these bullshit artists.

It’s opening soon which is the main thing. I wonder if they will have the winter wonderland thing there this year. I actually like the big wheel etc in that part of town at Christmas, gives a bit of atmosphere to the City imo

Makes for a nice change from the far right hanging out there with their flegs.

Who arrested them so? Diarmuid Ó Cadhla?!
Ah no, but these guys made it across the city centre on a scissor lift, it's mad really that they weren't caught sooner.

If there were any cops around the city it would have been stopped sooner, and it just leads into the same feeling that cork isn't safe, because it isn't adequately policed.

Some live CCTV fed to Anglesey street wouldn't kill them like.

Fairly sure there's already Live CCTV fed to Anglesea Street station from around the city. That's not to say it's permanently monitored (soz) though.
