That's a reason why so many of the electorate on the left don't trust the Labour Party. And of course, Rabid Pat's "Shur of course we lied in our pre-election manifesto" type admission has people very reluctant to trust them again. SF and SDs amongst others, have benefited from former Labour voters switching their allegiances

If people don't pay their rent or utility bills that is NOT no fault, and they don't deserve to retain the rental.

I lived in Germany and Switzerland and trust me if your bins are not stored properly or the lights in the utility room are not turned off you are sanctioned.

Do not even get me started on deposits.

Germany is one of the most strict countries to live in and mountains of rules to deal with and you can be evicted.

The engineer from Munich was just amusing you so he could get back to his hotel for some porn and have a few quiet beers rather than escalating a simple work visit to a political re-education discussion.

You claimed to have lived in Germany. Is there security of tenure there for No Fault tenants or is there not?
