What has the cap got to do with the Greens?
We have had decades of Governments shoving everything into Dublin and now is an over subscribed expensive city with all of the hassles of a big city but very few of the advantages of a big city of scale (See Copenhagen or Lyon) as the State is totally lopsided to the east coast and they all complain in Dublin about housing costs, lack of rental properties, traffic nightmare, school places etc.This could actually be a very good thing for Cork and its Airport...

That is crazy.Other routes could be directed here, freeing up space for the Sao Paolo-Dublin route.
