i mean, i type here and all of my texts without capital letters because fuck capitals! but if i was going to write something in an official capacity (cv, death notice, etc.) i’d have a fair idea to throw in a capital letter here and there.

I know someone who typed ngl regularly but now types icl instead. I think it may be due to the original sounding like the N word. Go figure.

Finna is another one that I can see Irish kids picking up eventually. My friend's son already says I'ma/Imma in place of "I'm gonna".

Finna is pretty much the same as gonna/going to, but it's more analogous to "preparing to". It comes from fixing to or fitting to.

"She said whaaat? I'm finna go up there and give her a piece of my mind!"
