This isn’t great news for Trump’s trade war, the flagship American aircraft manufacturer having yet another fatal disaster.

No one knows currently what the source of today's accident was.

Air India flight 171 from Ahmedabad to London crashed just moments after take off on 12 June. The aircraft lost height and impacted structures in a neighborhood to the west of the airport.

Serious Quality Control issues there. Doors and windows flying off mid flight, they have paid over 4b in compo in recent times which is only 0.05% of gross profit of their parent company..............Tata.

I know, sorry for sounding snappy. I work in the whole design, manufacture and testing industry but I read about their Quality Dept. and they seem to be a right bunch of clowns.

So you concluded it is an issue with the aircraft that was the source of today's incident ?

You should really get onto The Indian Embassy in the morning, I am sure they will appreciate your expertise in this investigation.

Just consider all the time and effort you will save The Indian Government, the Regional Government, Indian Air investigators, Boeing and more than likely the NTSB.

The flaps provide the answer. Whether they failed to deploy or someone failed to deploy them is the main question here.

There shouldn't be any finger pointing until we know more. Boeing could be completely innocent here

There is more than just flaps to consider, I could run off a list of possibilities but let's wait to see what the experts discover.
