I tip out all the big bits and fat after most uses. When there's room in the dishwasher I throw the 2 baskets and their inserts in for a proper wash.

Wipe out the fat with kitchen paper regularly enough.

I havea simple one just for making chips and it goes in the dishwasher

I use silicone inserts for the airfryer, which is a 10.4L Ninja AF-500UK. When finished cooking I tilt it and put a piece of kitchen paper in to soak up the fat. Once it has been soaked up, I'll clean the insert. Every so often I'll clean the inside of the airfryer too.

You'd wash it after you dry the jocks and socks in it alright, but no need otherwise

Aren't they not supposed to go in dishwasher - their non-stick coating gets bollixed by detergents I believe!

Depends

If i make chips I give them a wipe with a wet cloth after. If I make something that leaves a lot of grease like a burger or rashers, I clean them thoroughly after.

Our one is used on an almost daily basis, particularly by the kids. Gets cleaned only a couple of times a week I'd say.
