As everyone is anonymous here it is hardly an extra layer of anything. Suggestions of Mister X being someone else is laughable, of course they are!
The group is a humorous substitute for the absolute lack of any investigative journalism, or any coherent examination of the going on at City Hall, as in the Simpsons.
I strongly approve and support the initiative.

One hears of Politicians turning up at funerals of people they don't know. Anything to get in the public eye or press.
