6 Nations Rugby Teams are USELESS

Like why do they bother they're just not good enough. England so called home of Rugby can't get out of the group, Ireland hammered by a country where, Hockey, Soccer, Tango and Tennis are by far more popular sports. Scotland will get rightly twatted at least Wales left with some pride. Don't talk about France or Italy
If the likes of Tonga, Fiji and Samoa got a bit more funding from World Rugby than the other 6 nations then it might be a more competitive Rugby World Cup. Or they could fuck out the 6 nations teams and keep it in the Southern Hemisphere until the 6 nations get up to the real standard.

Tbf Arland are much the same as the last few years. They haven't taken the next step as opposed to going backwards. As I called before the rogby World Cup though England, France and Wales are jokeshop teams.

They've seriously declined compared to sides of old.

They should be added. Rogby is the national sport in Georgia. A proper, proper rogby country.

The worry for Georgia is that they'd just keep adapting to NH rugby, their players are mostly in France so they'd run into an issue of being competitive in a 7 Nations format. Argentina have gone about it the right way, be prepared for a few hammerings from the big boys, learn from it, adapt to them and kick on.
They've invested heavily in other SH coaches to come in and get their coaches up to scratch and are now reaping the rewards. Next years Super Rugby tournament will push them on even more.

Yep, hats off to the Argentinian RU, they've done everything right.

The problem in the NH now, is that we've already let the English and French clubs get their own way, so their national teams are only going to get worse in the short term.

Provinces can't compete with the spending power of the English and French clubs so will lose more players to those leagues and thus, control of their fitness/wellbeing.

Matt Williams called it after the game, and even in some of the commentary after last nights match, in NZ there is a top down philosophy, so young lads all over hte country are learning the same kind of rugby and lads can just slot into the national team cos they're just doing the same stuff they've been doing their whole lives.

There is nothing even remotely like that up this side of the world.

As a Scot I am very chuffed how useless our Rugby (and footie) team are. No shame in repeating famous Irish hooker Dr Ken Kennedy's remarks...the Irish pushed in the line out and jumped in the scrum....preparing to play the All blacks he said we were even dropping the ball in the warm up....forget who he said was #8, he wasn't yet on the field he couldn't get the bloody jersey over his head! it was stuck around his ears.
